Zions National Park

We spent Spring Break in Zions with the Family this year. The kids did amazing, we did a lot of hiking and exploring. Neither Michelle nor I had ever been to Zions before, so we took our kids down there for their Spring Break. Here are a few of my favorite shots.

Emerald pools hike

Slot canyons and tunnels are common in Zions

Here are some hieroglyphics we found near the road on hike we did.

I"m kind of a sucker for a cool reflection shot, here is a creative shot of Matt Drapers new truck.

We found this bird nest on the side wall of slot canyon on our last hike in Zions.

  1. WAY jealous of the top shot with the wide angle. You nailed it. After you showed me that pic on your camera I started carrying around the 10.5. Sunburst's are awesome and I wish I could make 1600iso look as good as you do :) One day. What a trip!

  2. I get excited whenever I see you put a new post on. Love all the pics. My favorite is the birds nest! Ok, the truck reflection is way cool too -- tell Matt he has a cool truck and a cool friend that can take cool pictures!
